Pricing
One dashboard. One monthly number.
You aren't buying credits, seats, or a quota of posts — you're buying an application built for your brand, hosted on your own subdomain and run for you. What it costs depends on what it's built to do, so the number is agreed in conversation before any work starts.
Monthly
$750–$3,000/month
Roughly $750 to $3,000 a month, depending on what your dashboard does. It is one fixed number once we agree it — not a starting rate that climbs with usage. Everything below is what moves it.

$1,000once
$500 at the founding-partner rate. It pays for the build itself — your brand's voice, the tools that go in, the approval flow, and getting it live on your subdomain. Never fully waived.
What moves the number
Price follows the build, not your usage.
Two dashboards can cost very different amounts, and it is never because one of them has features switched off. It is because they are different applications.
How many tools go into the build
A dashboard that generates ideas, writes scripts, and archives what you approve is a smaller build than one that also reads your source material, produces voiceover and video, and carries tools written specifically for your workflow.
How many brands it runs
One brand is one voice, one audience, one approval queue. Several brands means several of each — separate dashboards, kept apart.
How many platforms it writes for
Every platform has its own formats, lengths, and hooks, and every idea has to be written for each one. Two platforms is a different build from all of them.
How much of the pipeline we run
You can drive the dashboard yourself and only lean on us for changes, or we can run the production side and hand you an approval queue. The second is more of our time, so it costs more.
Near the bottom of the range
One brand, two platforms, a dashboard that turns topics into approved scripts and keeps the archive. You run it; we build it, host it, and keep it working.
Near the top of the range
Several brands or every platform, source ingestion and produced video, tools built for the way your team works, and us running the production side week to week.
Every client
Nothing is held back.
There are no plans to be upgraded out of. Whatever is built into your dashboard is yours to use, all of it, from day one.

- A written scope before any work starts, and direct access to the person who builds it
Why a setup fee, and why not a fixed price list?
Every Pulsory dashboard is a real application built around one brand's voice, channels, and approval flow. That build takes real founder time before you ever log in, so the onboarding fee prices it honestly instead of burying it in the monthly rate and hoping you stay long enough to cover it.
A fixed price list would mean fixed dashboards. Yours will not be identical to anyone else's — different tools, different brands, different amount of the pipeline run for you — so a single published number would either overcharge the simple builds or quietly cut the complex ones. Instead the range is published, what moves it is published, and your exact number is written down and agreed before a line of it gets built.
It moves in one conversation, not a procurement process: a 30-minute call, a written scope, one number. If what you want changes later, the number changes at a month boundary, in either direction.
