Pulsory

How it works

A pipeline built for your brand, with a person at every step.

Every Pulsory backend is different because every brand's work is different. What they share: AI does each step, and nothing moves on until you say so.

From a call to a running pipeline.

  1. 01

    We map your work.

A 30-minute call: where ideas come from today, who writes, who edits, who posts, what you measure, and what you never want automated.

  2. 02

    We pick the steps.

Only the ones your brand needs, in the order your work actually happens. A written scope and a number before anything is built.

  3. 03

    We build the dashboard.

Your pipeline becomes one application at your own address, with your own database and logins for your team.

  4. 04

    You run the queue.

AI fills it. You approve, edit or send back. What performs changes what gets made next. We keep it running and change it when your work changes.

The eight steps a pipeline can be built from.

AI runs each one. Each one ends at an approval point — what that approval is, is written next to the step.

  1. 01

    Niche research

Where the brand can win: audience, formats and angles that are under-served, with evidence.

Ends with a niche brief you sign off

  2. 02

    Market analysis

What competitors and adjacent channels publish, what works for them, and what to avoid.

Ends with a competitor map you sign off

  3. 03

    Ideation

A rolling queue of topics and hooks drawn from your sources, your niche and what has performed.

Ends with ideas you accept or reject

  4. 04

    Scripting

Platform-native scripts and copy from the ideas you accepted, in your voice.

Ends with drafts you edit and approve

  5. 05

    Editing

Voiceover, cuts, captions and versions per platform, assembled from the approved script.

Ends with a cut you approve

  6. 06

    Publishing

Scheduling, posting and inbox handling on every connected channel.

Ends with a schedule you approve before anything goes out

  7. 07

    Analytics

Reach, retention, engagement and conversions per post, tagged by idea, hook and format.

Ends with a report you read, not a dashboard you dig through

  8. 08

    Feedback loop

What performed changes what gets made next: winning topics, hooks and formats feed ideation.

Ends with changes to the queue you can see and veto

There is no fully automated setting. A step you do not want to review can be set to approve in bulk, but every step still has the gate, and nothing publishes without a person having said yes.

Why the loop matters.

Most tools stop at a report. In a Pulsory pipeline the analytics step tags every post by the idea, hook and format it came from, and the feedback step moves what worked back into ideation. You see the change in the queue and can veto it. Over months, the pipeline starts sharper each round because it remembers what your audience responded to.
